Dear Jason,

We would like to express our satisfaction with the design and finish of the Leisurebuilt Holiday Home we recently purchased from you and have been residing in for several weeks at Te Puru Holiday Park.

Having delivered on schedule to site, we were very impressed at the pains taken to position the dwelling and arrange necessary council inspections. Similarly, the interior and exterior finish to the dwelling was entirely satisfactory and in fact drew a lot of positive comments from neighbors who asked if they could take a look. We are given to understand that out Leisurebuilt Holiday Home has set a new benchmark for future holiday homes as Te Puru Holiday Park.

Finally, should any of your prospective customers wish to inspect our Holiday Home we will be happy to facilitate them by appointment.

Just a short note of thanks for the holiday unit delivered last night in Wellington. You need to compliment Jason and your staff for undertaking and completing delivery at such short notice, to a difficult site, in trying weather conditions, with such a positive attitude. They proved there still are some real Kiwi men out there who work hard, are skilled in their jobs and who can make things happen not looking for accolade. We’re really impressed with the unit too.

In February last year, after a long search for a suitable holiday home for our family on a modest budget, my wife and I decided to set up a relocatable holiday home at a beach side camp ground in the Bay of Plenty.

After searching for suitable builders we narrowed our choice to two companies that would undertake a design and build project for us.

We are happy to say we chose Leisurebuilt to work with and are now proud owners of a duplex constructed for us.

Throughout the design and build process we were continually pleased by the ease with which we could deal with the Leisurebuilt staff and in particular Jason Hitchens to incorporate our ideas, or at least the ones he knew would work, into the final product.

These levels of customisation were not offered by the opposition, who we found did not listen to what we wanted as a customer, nor were they interested in incorporating our ideas into the design.

As soon as the holiday home was sited we started to receive complimentary comments about it’s look and design, most notably how it looked much more like a home than a caravan which we were really pleased by.

Thanks Leisurebuilt and thank you Jason. We look forward to catching up for a beer ‘at the beach’.

From the perspective of someone looking to purchase units for their holiday park, Rob and I were impressed from the start with the professionalism and conscientiousness of the management, Jason Hitchens in particular. He allowed freedom for us to design the units to our unique needs. The design was the largest built by Leisurebuilt and this enabled us to have a larger lounge/dining area which was one of our priorities. Leisurebuilt kept in touch with us every step of the way encouraging Rob and myself to call in to the workshop at any time to see the progress. The units were delivered right on schedule and sited with little fuss. As a park that has had toilet blocks and other cabins built on site before the building of the units off site and them relocating the to our park was fantastic for us.

As for the comments received, they have been extremely complimentary. Many comment on the spaciousness of the motels, the lovely fittings, colour scheme and general design. Incidentally, Jason selected a lot of the finishing touches i.e. handles on cupboards, light fittings, etc. He changed some of the light fittings as in some instances the lights didn’t compliment the handles and he ‘upgraded’ them at no extra cost to us.

In conclusion we are delighted with the motel units, the quality of the units and the price was, in our opinion, the best deal on the market. The ongoing positive comments from those who have stayed in them is very pleasing.
